Those items which appear in italics should already be done.
1) All screens are to be captured in what they consider the optimal resolution, 800X600. (As we discussed, they maintain that screens captured in 640X480 will not be accurate or complete. By comparing the demo screens to those in the beta you should be able to confirm whether this is the case...) The screens of greatest concern are the ìpicture pickerî and the ìpick a moodî. Apparently, in the latest Beta version, these screens are different than the autodemo screens. They have more card front and mood type choices. Please investigate and change.
2) You should have received a floppy yesterday from Clatter and Din on which I have included several sound files which need to be added. The first one will accompany the screens which illustrate use of oneís own photoís to create cards. (It is picture of three graduates...) It reads: ìGreat, we can use our own photoís!î.
3) The screens which have text that says: ìChoose a mood.î should now say ìChoose a themeî.
4) The brackets around the name on the teddy bear card need to be removed.
5) The spot which illustrates entry of ìLaura Millerî should show typing directly onto the card, rather than in a box.
6) The blank white calendar needs to be replaced with one which has some type of adornment. (It is in the ìappointmentsî (or something like that) section...)
7) The .bmp of the web site homepage needs to be added in the appropriate spot. (It should replace three lines in the middle of a screen...)
8) The new splash screen needs to be replaced both fore and aft. (This may be a challenge because of size issues...) There should be no textured background here, just plain.
9) The box shot must appear. (At the end, I think..)
10) The last screen needs to more prominently display Microsoft with Hallmark. She has requested that the Microsoft ìbrandî (logo?) be displayed as prominently as the Hallmark ìbrandî. (You may decide that one of my new VOís which includes both names will be appropriate here...)
11) This one is optional. The client has requested that the ìoutputî around the Ideas help file be one which has a ribbon on it. She believes that this is suggestion in the Finishing Touches article. (Honestly, I havenít the faintest idea what this means...I suggest inserting an animated series from Doom 2 here wherein the hero is battered to a bloody pulp...)
12) The final series of screens, which recaps the capabilities of this program, features a speech bubble in the lower right corner of the screen. We need to insert the sound files which verbalize these items. As I mentioned earlier, the ending that says: ì...with Hallmark and Microsoftís Greetings Workshop.î is optional. You may find it more appropriate to use ì..with Greetings Workshopî instead. This is up to you...
13) Please tweak the overall timing. (This is probably obvious...)
